As a woman, a wife, and a mother, I have always believed that food is one of the purest ways we care for the people we love. Breakfast, especially, felt important to me — the first nourishment of a new day, a quiet moment to give the body something truly good. I searched for a muesli or granola that matched my standards for taste, quality, and nutrition, but I couldn’t find one that felt right. So I decided to create it myself.
With the full support of my husband, who believed in me from the very beginning, I started experimenting in our kitchen. I spent countless hours researching ingredients, testing recipes, and learning how to create the perfect balance between health and flavor. My vision was always clear: to make food focused on what truly serves the body — nothing more, nothing less.
I combined that passion with more than 20 years of experience in the food and beverage industry, together with years of hands-on food preparation knowledge. Slowly, with patience, persistence, and heart, the very first granola was born.
The name AMA came from one of the sweetest moments in our family life. Our little toddler son used to say "Ama" when talking about eating. The word stayed with us, full of warmth and innocence. Later, when we explored its meaning further, we discovered it also has a beautiful meaning in Greek. In that moment, we knew it was the perfect name.
And so, from our family kitchen and from a mother’s wish to create something better, AMAFOOD came to life.
Today, together with trusted nutrition experts and specialists, I continue to create wholesome, high-quality food made to nourish your body, brighten your mornings, and become part of the moments that matter most.

What makes granola different from muesli is its preparation. Granola is gently baked or roasted, giving it a golden crunch and rich flavour, while muesli is traditionally a raw blend of grains, nuts, seeds, and fruit.
Granola is wonderfully versatile — enjoy it with yoghurt, milk, plant-based drinks, kefir, smoothies, or fresh fruit. It is also perfect as a snack straight from the bag or as a topping for desserts and baked treats.
